Your standard laundry room sink with perks.
First, this is a very basic laundry room/basement/utility room sink but is is thicker than what you will find at the big box stores. The legs do have to be bolted or glued on at the base of the tub for added stability and we added levelers to the bottom feet to accommodate for a slightly uneven floor. Additionally we drilled holes in the backsplash to attach it to the concrete walls. This sink is not going anywhere especially if you lean up against it to fill buckets. The faucet that came with it is plastic garbage but I had anticipated/planned for a new faucet in my budget and I had ordered one from my local plumbing supply and received exactly what I wanted for my purposes. Be careful with using the underneath shelf, you may not be able to use it depending where your original drain pipe sits from your old tub. I had replaced an old metal rusted laundry room sink base that was harboring mold under the toe kick, this opens up the area and allows for air flow eliminating any mold...

Great Utility Sink
We purchased this utility sink since we did not have one at home. It was installed in our garage close to water lines on the other side of the wall from a bathroom. Our plumber performed the installation and my wife just loves this sink. It can be used to bathe the dog, clean paint brushes, and other needs. When you don't have one, you miss it.
The ledge and towel bar are a plus, as is the pull out sprayer.

just what I was looking for, fits perfect in my landry, looks clean and net, the material is thiner that I expected, but is O.K., the faucet is very useful, the only "but" the water dont drain right, it remains at the center of the pilet, and I have to clean it inmediatly after each use becouse stains easily.
