Grohe Lavatory Faucet
When I got the product, there was a wet spot on one of the boxes. It wasn't until the plumber came to install the 2 faucets that I realized I had been sold a product that had been previously installed. The hose to one of the faucets was filled with water and there were 2 small but important pieces missing. Luckily the faucets being replaced were the same brand so 2 pieces from the old faucet could be used.
Shame on whoever installed the faucet and then returned it as unused, minus the 2 little pieces.
And shame on Amazon for not inspecting the returned product to make sure it was complete before returning it into stock.
The faucets themselves are very nice and look great in my bathroom.
